第二个项目是大三结束后，我去了大连东软软件集团实习，在这次实习中，我作为团队的负责人和技术员，带领团队完成了linux下局域网聊天软件的开发，从需求分析，到设计编码，再到测试，我了解了一个商业软件的开发流程，也学会了如何做好一个项目的负责人。
第三个是现在正在做的嵌入式说话人识别系统的开发，目前已经实现pc机环境下的识别，正在制作ui以及向目标板移植。
在个人技能方面，我一次通过了英语四六级，听说读写都还ok，计算机方面，初步掌握了c语言，c++，能熟练应用办公软件和多媒体处理软件，通过了计算机基础综合技能认证。

一、回忆自己初试给企业的印象。在你开始介绍复试的自我介绍中，一定要仔细回想自己先前给用人单位的印象，自己曾经的表现是什么样的，只有与原先表现相似的自我介绍才不会让用人单位怀疑你的真实信息。有很多求职者在初试时表现完全是按照网上攻略来的，面试过后就忘得一干二净了。等到了复试时，用人单位会明显感觉到他们现在所说的语气和原先的不一致，这样的结果我们可想而知了。
